We believe that our food should be made from only the freshest ingredients our local land has to offer, from which we create wholesome, hearty meals to delight your appetite. We have worked hard to develop good relationships with our regional suppliers, who merrily deliver us seasonal produce, and our menu changes accordingly. When there is a little something special in our deliveries, our chef develops a new dish and we add it to the specials board.
