As part of the registration process for you to receive newsletters from us, we collect your personal information. We use this information to tell you about the services you have asked us to keep you informed about, to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information, to inform you if you have won a prize and to check our records are correct and up-to-date. We use a third-party provider, Mailchimp, to deliver our marketing newsletters.  We may gather statistics relating to email open-rates and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our communications, this information however is not personally identifiable. Online Gift Voucher orders

During selected times of the year, we run a grocery delivery service, offering home delivery of your favourite groceries from our favourite suppliers.  This service is available to order online at our Red Mist Leisure website.

Please be aware, we require a minimum of 48 working hours to process your grocery order, this ensures we can provide the freshest, quality ingredients to your door. To guarantee your food order is received within the 48-hour (working days) turnaround, we recommend you place your order before midday. Please check your emails (including junk folder) for your email confirmation. Should you not receive an email confirmation, it may mean that your order has not been received.

What happens if I need to amend my order?

So long as your changes are made at least 3 working days in advance of your delivery day, this should not be a problem, just give us a call on T: 01252 913 513 between 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday or email us at E: groceries@redmistleisure.co.uk and we will be pleased to make amends to your order.

Please ensure to have your Customer Order Reference Number to hand, including your name, delivery date and delivery address.

How do I cancel my order in its entirety?

You will need to give at least 3 working days’ notice should you wish to cancel your order in its entirety and receive a full refund. Please do call us, in person, on T: 01252 913 513 between 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday with your order reference number to hand.

Ordering alcoholic products

Please be aware, should your order contain alcoholic products, you (or someone aged 18 or over) must be present to take delivery of your order. We will sadly have to refuse delivery of alcohol products should an adult not be present and the person accepting the delivery may be required to verify their age through ID such as a passport or driving license.

What if I need to pop out on the delivery day and I’m not in when you arrive?

That is no problem. In the Check Out page, make sure to leave instructions as to a ‘safe place’ you would like us to leave your delivery.  It can be a preferred neighbour, shed, enclosed garden etc. Please bear in mind, that if you are not in, we cannot be held responsible for the safety or deterioration of these products.

What if I am unhappy with a product that you have delivered?
