We’re very proud to now be serving the local, delicious High Clandon Sparkling wine, crafted from the classic trio of champagne grapes… Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier & Chardonnay by an award winning wine maker.
Brut-style, full bodied, golden with a pearly mousse. The aroma is of elderflower and roses. On the palate, biscuity, with crisp citrus flavours and a long textural finish.
The 2008 Queen’s Jubilee Cuvee shone when rated by wine experts on the Janice Robinson website in a recent blind English & French sparkling wine tasting.
